I just found this blog randomly on google LOL.
As a Mormon BYU student, here's stuff I hear (besides the overly Utah "What the gosh?" and "Oh my heck!"):
"Flip." Pretty much replaces the f-word. Like "What the flip?" or "That's flipping hillarious!"
Also, sketch/sketchy, which means something is kind of inappropriate. Like, "Her outfit is so sketch/sketchy." or "I can't believe he said that. That's so sketch/sketchy."
